This is sometimes caused by e-liquid having somehow found its way down there, so give it a good clean with a cloth.
If this doesn't work, you will probably need a new battery. Electric Tobacconist warranty covers you for 60 days from order date. Within this period we will replace the battery free of charge (at no cost to send back to us either).
