Did my order go through?

How do I know my order went through successfully?

After you've placed your order, you will be taken to an "Order Successfully Placed" screen that will tell you your order has been successful. You'll also receive an "order confirmation" email. This email contains your order number, order summary and your billing and delivery addresses. Please ensure you check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive this email.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email right away, fear not! Sometimes when many people place an order at the same time, the confirmation email may be slightly delayed. If you were taken to the following screen after placing your order, rest assured your order has been received and it will be on its way to you very soon!

If you're still unsure, sign in to your account and check your order history to see if it's been confirmed.
